Senior Tax Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our corporate tax team in Mergers and Acquisitions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, with a focus on M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex tax due diligence projects for M&A transactions.
  • Provide strategic tax advice on transaction structuring, highlighting risks, opportunities, and tax implications.
  • Review legal documentation to ensure tax compliance and optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing large-scale tax projects and transactions, with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.

Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Significant experience in corporate tax, with a focus on M&A transactions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex tax projects and transactions.
