Powerplant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee key aspects of our powerplant operations and provide technical expertise across the business.

  • Manage powerplant activities across various aircraft lease agreements.
  • Oversee engine shop visits and maintenance reserve claims.
  • Provide technical support for aircraft transitions and work with MROs and OEMs.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts within the MRO network.
  • Keep the team informed of market and industry updates.
  • Manage spare engine operations and develop creative solutions for engine optimization.
About You
  • You must hold an Engineering Honours Degree, EASA Part 66 license, or equivalent qualification.
  • You should have at least five years of experience in a technical role within airlines, OEMs, or leasing.
  • You need expertise in at least two major engine types (CFM, GE, IAE, PW, or RR).
  • You must have a proven track record in negotiating and managing MRO contracts.
  • You require strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are willing to travel extensively as needed.
