Technical Operations Director

The role of Vice President, Technical - Powerplant is a critical component of the established Powerplant Team. This position reports directly to the SVP and Senior Manager Powerplant.
- Undertake Powerplant activities relating to Lease Agreements.
- Engine Shop Visit Oversight and Management.
- Maintenance Reserve Claim Oversight – management of service providers.
- Supports Powerplant activity for fleet transitioning between Lessees.
- Provides expertise to the wider business and departments.
- Negotiation of contracts & GTA's within the MRO network.
- Transactional matters with OEM relevant to engine-specific responsibilities.
- Manage AOG/Spare engine day-to-day activity and deliver proposals for creative engine management.
- Collate and cascade PPT technical information from market intelligence, MRO's and OEM conferences/telecoms.
Key characteristics include being driven, focused and resourceful. The successful candidate will be an excellent relationship builder, representing the organization in a transparent and honest manner.
