We are a fast-paced retail service provider looking for an experienced manager to lead our Maxol Shop Department at M3 Service Station, Mulhuddart.

Main Job Functions:

  • Manage daily operations of the shop to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff members at all levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate clear expectations to staff members regarding operational standards.
  • Ensure store presentation and merchandising meet the highest standards.
  • Monitor and achieve weekly stock-taking targets.
  • Optimize staff rotas to minimize labor costs while maintaining operational standards.

  • Participate in recruitment for the Maxol Shop Department.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance and record keeping.
