We are seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer with an interest in high value M&A and Private Equity work. The role requires a highly experienced professional with exposure to mergers & acquisitions; joint ventures; and private equity from US and international clients.

About the Role
  • Strong corporate experience including M&A and Private Equity is essential
  • Experience drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation would be advantageous
  • Experience from a leading Irish or International Law Firm
  • Excellent academics
  • Strong desire to work and live in Dublin

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver projects to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in LawMinimum 2 years' experience in corporate lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills
