Job Title: Grounds Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the maintenance and development of extensive private grounds, gardens, and woodlands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of formal gardens, fencing, hedges, tree felling, lawns, woodlands, and open spaces.

- Lead and motivate a team of gardening staff to achieve daily duties and maintain high standards.

- Coordinate the overall maintenance of several thousand acres of grounds.

- Liaise with external contractors as necessary.
