Job Title: Spa Therapist

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care and delivering high-quality treatments in a fast-paced spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest care and deliver high-quality treatments
- Maintain excellent knowledge of treatments, services, and prices offered in the spa
- Liaise directly with the Spa Manager and Head Therapist on sales targets and record daily sales figures accurately
- Implement departmental SOPs consistently with particular adherence to Health and Safety standards
- Ensure treatment rooms operate efficiently with regular cleaning taking place and treatments carried out to meet 5* guest expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility in a busy spa environment
- Time management and organizational skills
- Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality when necessary
