Your Impact:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
  • Service and repair designated equipment to meet Canon standards and specifications.
  • Maintain working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field maintenance.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and ensure compliance with customer policies and protocols.
  • Provide direction to less experienced technicians.
  • Assist in resolving escalated technical and/or customer service-related issues.

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience required, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the introductory period and PDIF new-hire class.
  • The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, performing shift work and on-call rotations.
  • Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security clearances to enter customer premises.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
