Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers.

">

The successful candidate will work at the till, maintain a clean store and well-stocked shelves, and support the Store Manager in daily operations.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • ">
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases.">
  • Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.">
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.">
  • Performing heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large items, to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper store organisation.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Conversational English language level is essential.">
  • Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g. Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.)">
  • Sales experience is preferred.">
  • Full flexibility is required, including availability to work on day shifts 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday.">
