Healthcare Support Worker


Job Overview: As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will work closely with the project worker to implement personalized care plans, promote independence, and enhance the overall wellbeing of our service users.


  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, ensuring dignity and respect are upheld at all times.
  • Implement support plans with clients as directed by the project worker, including tasks like cleaning, shopping, and general housekeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, utilizing tools such as daily logs and handovers.

Requirements: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification or equivalent is essential, along with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience in a related field. A full driving license and access to a car are also necessary for this role.
