Production Team Member



As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid in the manufacture and reliable supply of product. Your primary objective will be to ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with company requirements, to ensure compliance, safety, and reliable supply to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate production activities and support equipment, using MES/DCS and PLC based systems, to ensure optimum equipment uptime and target outputs.
  • Clean and maintain production areas, including cleaning room facilities, while focusing on continuous process improvement using Lean Principles.
  • Manage equipment flow, including tracking soiled and clean hold times, proper labelling, and inventory management of clean and sterile equipment using Kanbans and automated MES system to set QC status and expiry of sterile equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting and repairs where qualified to perform tasks.
  • Participate in the development of accurate operational procedures, training materials, and contribute to Kaizen events and projects as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate, Apprenticeship, or Diploma preferred, ideally in a related discipline.
  • Prior related work experience; ideally in a manufacturing setting, preferably GMP.
  • Sterile filling processes and equipment experience beneficial.
