Compensation and Data Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our payroll and data systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with local legislation.

This dynamic role is responsible for executing weekly and monthly payroll processes for our employees in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, guaranteeing efficient and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly cycles across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, maintaining up-to-date records and employee data.
  • Ensure statutory requirements including PAYE, PRSI, USC (ROI) and NIC, PAYE (NI) are met.
  • Process statutory payments such as parental leave and sick pay, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment and tax legislation in both jurisdictions.
  • Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and senior leadership, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in payroll processing for both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of tax, benefits in kind, payroll regulations, and P11D's.
  • Experience in payroll systems and Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, variances, and anomalies in payroll data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
