As a seasoned Payroll Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of payroll processes for our EMEA entities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll tasks with high levels of accuracy and working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payrolls to include Ireland, UK, Portugal, Netherlands using ADP WorkforceNow and/or GlobalView
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and benefits processing
  • Comply with local labour laws, social security, tax regulations, and statutory filings
  • Prepare finalised payroll reports for the Finance team on a regular basis
  • Support payroll-related month-end close activities including payroll journal entries and reconciliations
  • Liaise with benefit providers such as Irish Life, Decare Dental, BUPA, Napier Lane
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and improve payroll processes
  • Assist with year-end processes including P60s (UK), P45s, P11Ds, and annual declarations for Belgium, Portugal, and Ireland
  • Query discrepancies with ADP or internal contacts as needed
  • Maintain and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for payroll tasks
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years' experience as a Payroll Specialist/Administrator
  • Experience with ADP platforms (WorkforceNow and/or GlobalView/Celergo)
  • Proven experience processing payroll in both UK and Ireland
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently
  • Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and external benefit providers
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience processing payroll for Germany, Portugal, The Netherlands or North America
