Agribusiness Graduate Position

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our agribusiness team as a graduate in agribusiness.

Job Overview

This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain experience across the agribusiness category, including business development, sales, farm development and advisory services.

  • You'll gain experience in business development, sales, farm development/advisory services.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial teams to advance your technical knowledge and skills.
  • Develop areas ranging from on-farm consultancy, technical advisory and project management.
  • Work on aspects of retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management and logistics.

This is a challenging and fast-moving environment that will allow you to flourish in your career.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high academic record in Agricultural Science or related discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing experience.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness.
  • The ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
