Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Agribusiness Professional to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the wider commercial teams, gaining valuable experience in business development, customer sales, and farm advisory.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic record in Agricultural Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of a 2.2 honors degree. They will also possess excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to think commercially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain experience across the agribusiness category, including business development, branch and direct customer sales, and farm development/advisory.
  • Work closely with the wider commercial teams to advance technical expertise and develop skills in sales and innovation.
  • Develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory, and project management.
  • Contribute to aspects of retail operations and management, customer service, people management, category management, and logistics.
Requirements
  • High academic record to date in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness.
  • Ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
  • Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
