The Electrician plays a pivotal role in the installation, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control systems, MCCs, wiring, and cable containment.
  • Conducting Quality Control inspections in accordance with industry standards.
  • Installing and commissioning telemetry panels, instrumentation, antennas, and variable speed drives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders during FAT testing and providing QC feedback and documentation.
  • Ensuring Safe Electric compliance and supporting colleagues across larger project installations.
Requirements:
  • A completed Solas Electrical Apprenticeship and Electrical QC certification.
  • Strong experience with MCC control circuits, electrical repairs, and working on complex installations.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights (training provided).
  • Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, P&IDs, and schematics.
  • A clean driving license, Safe Pass, and strong communication and team collaboration skills.
