Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
">About the Role
">- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing new and existing business applications for life and pensions products.
- You will create and maintain accurate scheme records and events, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulations.
- Your focus will be on meeting and exceeding set key performance indicators and quality standards, providing excellent customer service to clients, members, and third parties.
- You will amend policies and offer general advice to members, liaising with Senior Administrators/Advisors to ensure work is of a high standard and compliant.
- Participating in good team communications and promoting a positive working environment are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements
">- You should have 2+ years experience in a similar support/administrative role within a brokerage firm.
- A strong understanding of life and pension products is crucial.
- QFA qualification or working towards it is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, IT proficiency, and numerical skills are necessary.
- Flexibility and professionalism are also required.
