Lead Clinical Care Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate nursing leader to take on the role of Lead Clinical Care Manager in our dynamic healthcare organization. About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals, providing expert clinical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. They will also play a key role in promoting a culture of excellence, embracing innovation, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise to develop and implement evidence-based practices, enhancing the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  • Promote a culture of safety, reporting and investigating incidents or near misses promptly, and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster open communication, encouraging feedback, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • NMBI registration, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A proven track record of leadership experience in senior nursing roles, CNM, ADON, or DON level.
  • Strong clinical governance and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
