Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Platform Engineer to manage the Contact Centre platform, handling voice, email, and web chat communication channels. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, software design, development, testing, and operational automation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the voice/telephony domain, with a proven track record of leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux operating systems, and VoIP, SIP, and networking applications is highly desirable.

This role involves working independently and collaboratively under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to handle system backups, reboots, and document processes and procedures as required. Strong troubleshooting skills, including unit testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing, are essential for ensuring successful project delivery.

The position also requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. The candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and associates, and believe in the power of automation to produce high-quality software at a faster pace.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Contact Centre platform, ensuring operational stability and enhancing the Associate Experience.
  • Implement monitoring and telemetry practices to improve application performance and enable proactive service desk support.
  • Contribute to production incident management as needed.
