About this role

This is a senior position responsible for leading the deployment of changes and enhancements to our e-commerce cloud platform. The successful candidate will manage the entire release lifecycle, from planning to post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive release plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with development, testing, and business stakeholders to ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.
  • Manage the e-commerce cloud process, ensuring all changes are properly documented, tracked, and deployed to the appropriate environments.
  • Oversee the go-live process, including system cutover, user communication, and rollback procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and identify any post-deployment issues, working with development teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce cloud best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and document clear and concise release procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an e-commerce cloud release manager or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce cloud architecture and functionality.
  • Strong understanding of release management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
