A Data-Driven Business Analyst Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled analyst to play a central part in delivering our ambitious strategy to remediate and transform the business by developing data capability and deliver actionable insights. The successful candidate will develop our capability in building trading packs, participating in insurer trading meetings, and taking control of renewal and recanvas campaigns.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing close and collaborative relationships with internal colleagues and external business partners to drive growth and improvement.
  • Building out a fit-for-purpose Management Information suite, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and displayed using the best tools available.
  • Working collaboratively to develop conversion, retention, and propensity modelling to inform marketing strategies.
  • Identifying and implementing effective ways to engage customers and leverage technology to bring campaigns to life.
  • Optimising commission and fee structures to drive business-positive outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field such as scientific, analytic, or business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical development.
  • Strong partnering skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
