The role of a senior data analyst is pivotal in informing business decisions. This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user-level LTV forecasting systems and tools, driving business strategy through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate product performance by identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Represent and defend product development strategies to stakeholders and top management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Our Stack:
  • A cutting-edge technology stack, utilizing Databricks and PySpark for reusable solutions across companies.
  • AWS resources allocated efficiently, including S3, ETL on Airflow, prepared tables and views in Redshift, Monte Carlo for data quality, lineage, and catalog.
  • Analysts manipulate data with SQL and Python in Jupyter/Databricks notebooks, creating dashboard prototypes in Tableau.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Python and SQL, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Passion for analyzing complex problems, ability to differentiate between tasks important for the business and merely interesting ones.
  • Deep understanding of applied statistics, extensive experience in data analysis, product/marketing analytics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to speak the language of business.
