We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Waterford, Ireland.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working across a range of project stages, with a strong background in delivery of healthcare projects. They will be responsible for supporting the education and healthcare leads in expanding the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Education and Healthcare Leads to expand the sector
  • Actively promote the company's services to potential clients and industry partners
  • Mentor, coach and develop junior talent
  • Be familiar with and assist in managing project personnel and workload
  • Assist developing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) / lessons learnt
  • Responsible to lead and manage the delivery of a project working with an Associate and/or Director
  • Ensure projects are delivered effectively within the agreed scope and timeline
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Architectural Design and the relevant parameters of performing same
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years experience working across a range of project stages
  • Bachelor or higher degree of Architecture or Architecture Technology or industry related equivalent
  • Member of the RIAI, CIAT, or other national/international equivalent of registration for architects, interior designers or architectural technologists for a minimum of 5 years
  • Experience in delivery of healthcare projects is essential
