Data Scientist Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Data Scientist to join our team. As a key player in driving business decisions, you will utilize your expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning to solve complex problems.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Your strong analytical skills, combined with excellent communication abilities, will enable you to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy advanced predictive models and algorithms to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
  • Work closely with product managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages, and SQL database management.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
