Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services in Dublin. This role involves liaising daily with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers, EHSQ advisors, and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services.
  • Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
  • Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE, etc.
  • On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labor.
  • Oversee and manage labor and subcontractors.
  • Manage relevant external correspondence.
  • Order all day-to-day site materials.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Relevant trade qualifications or further education in mechanical building services.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Previous experience in a Mechanical Supervisor/Manager or similar role.
  • People management experience.
  • Project Management experience is beneficial.
  • Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to do some travel if/when required.
