Job Opportunity

A senior accountant position has become available in a progressive firm specializing in business advisory, financial, and taxation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent reporting skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to supervise team members.


Duties:
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts are prepared with detailed reporting of monthly financial results for discussion with clients and partners.
  • The budget management of client businesses is assisted and reconciled with performance.
  • Annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts are prepared, reporting key variances and highlighting key features.
  • Ad-hoc projects are undertaken to support existing services and processes as well as addressing developments and proposals.
  • Participation in enhancing the reporting system to communicate financial performance and results to clients in a timely and relevant manner is expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified accountant with four or more years of post-qualification experience is required.
  • Strong reporting skills and knowledge of Sage/Relate/Xero/Dext are highly valued.
  • Ambitious and eager individuals with strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
