Debt Advisory Expertise
This role involves working with borrowers to raise and structure debt financing across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Banking, Leveraged or Corporate Finance and relevant experience within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new deals and work closely with senior team members to execute transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial data and develop integrated models to assist in advisory and debt financing discussions.
  • Prepare key transaction documents, including information memorandums and management presentations.

Requirements:
  • Preparation of complex financial models and analysis reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with debt financing products and loan documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
