Debt Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Debt Advisory Group as a Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing debt advisory services to clients, managing transactions, and assisting with business development.

Job Description

The Debt Advisory business advises borrowers throughout all stages of their fund-raising journey. We provide objective advice on the optimum funding solutions for our clients. Our process starts with a financing options appraisal before supporting companies through the entire fund-raising process from initial engagement with the debt markets through to negotiation and documentation of the agreement.

Our experience and expertise span a broad range of products, including ABL, bank debt, private placement, unitranche, subordinated debt, and bonds. As a result, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a Manager in our Debt Advisory Group.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end debt advisory process for clients, encompassing options appraisal, financing strategy, transaction execution, and ongoing relationship management. You will lead client meetings and structuring discussions to develop tailored financing solutions that align with client objectives.

You will prepare high-quality financial analyses, transaction marketing materials, and presentations. You will conduct thorough credit analysis and assess market conditions to aid in the funding solution selection process. You will negotiate with lenders and other relevant parties to ensure optimal financing terms for clients.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other key stakeholders. You will support business development activities by contributing to pitches, targeting new clients, and expanding existing client relationships.

You will mentor and guide junior team members, providing support in their professional development. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the Debt Advisory Group.
