">Job Description:
">- Develop and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.">
- Set up and adjust CNC machines, including tool selection and fixture setup.">
- Interpret technical drawings, models, and specifications.">
- Conduct first-off and in-process inspections to ensure components meet tolerances.">
- Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to improve efficiency and accuracy.">
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.">
- Maintain documentation of programs, machine settings, and modifications.">
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control personnel.">
- Provide training and mentorship to junior machinists and operators.">
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.">
- Work in accordance with ISO/AS9100 and other relevant quality standards.">
- Work to tight tolerances and ensure output quality through self-inspection.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- At least 3 years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining preferred.">
- Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming.">
- Experience with Mazak, DMG Mori, Chiron machines is desirable but not essential.">
- Familiarity with Hypermill software is desirable but not essential.">
- Familiarity with Heidenhain controllers is desirable but not essential.">
- Ability to inspect parts using callipers, micrometers, and CMMs.">
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Training will be provided to address skills and knowledge gaps.">
