Marine Superintendent Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement marine policies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Oversee and support engineering modifications to enhance vessel performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to international maritime standards and regulations, including ISM/SMS compliance.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidates:

  • Qualified Master Mariners or experienced Marine Superintendents with a strong background in managing offshore vessels.
  • DP vessel experience and knowledge of the offshore/Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • EEA work rights are essential for consideration.
