Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Trust and Safety organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing user trust risks across our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate user trust risks in Search results and features.
  • Collaborate with Search engineers to protect Google Search users from manipulative behavior.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of spam guidelines.
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance search ranking algorithms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with using Python for data analysis and visualization, prompt engineering, and applying Large Language Models for data labeling.
