Regulatory Administration/Filings Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Administration/Filings Specialist to join our Tax Reclaims team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations to comply with the requirements of Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS). You will provide advanced operational support for maintenance of tax records and reports for internal and/or external clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a team lead, directing the work of junior colleagues and ensuring timely and accurate responses from the team.
  • Performing first and second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.
  • Coodinating tax-related regulatory filings and gathering required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data and documents for different clients meticulously and identifying missing data needed for tax records and filings. You will liaise with others in the tax team to obtain the information and provide status updates on progress of data collection and maintenance for the team.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of tax documentation and knowledge of Regulatory Reporting preparation. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
