Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting the Night Manager in leading the night shift team, monitoring and controlling departmental costs, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service, and contributing to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the night shift operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and control departmental costs within established budgets.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
