Job Profile:
This role involves working as a Business Analyst to contribute to a leading financial services organisation in Limerick.
Main duties and responsibilities include shaping, coordinating, and delivering process and systems enhancements within agreed scope and the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyse requirements, define scope, and produce clear documentation.
Additional key responsibilities include building and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing reviews and sign-offs, and producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
The ideal candidate will possess strong Business Analysis experience within financial services, preferably transfer agency exposure.
They will be comfortable working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and possess excellent consultancy, interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape, coordinate, and deliver process and systems enhancements
- Analyse requirements, define scope, and produce clear documentation
- Build and maintain project plans; track milestones and deliverables
- Manage reviews and sign-offs; produce BRDs
- Capture and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate solution options
- Identify productivity and process improvements to enhance client experience and reduce cost
- Ensure artefacts and dockets are complete; coordinate UAT
- Assess business problems and prepare feasibility recommendations
