Business Analysis Role Overview

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to deliver strategic and client-driven change within our client's organization in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate process and systems enhancements aligned with project scope and lifecycle.
  • Partner with teams to analyze requirements, define scope, and produce clear documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans; track milestones and deliverables; manage reviews and sign-offs according to governance standards.
  • Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and secure timely feedback/approval.
  • Identify and drive productivity and process improvements to enhance client experience and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis experience within financial services, particularly transfer agency exposure is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across business and technology teams and with clients.
