  • Analyse customer feedback, call data, and churn trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience
  • Handle escalated retention cases and negotiate win-back offers when necessary
  • Compile and analyse reports with the ability to articulate results and report on performance
