Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
  • Protect security and confidentiality of documents and data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

* Process customer purchases, clean, stock shelves, and merchandise displays
* Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
* Report product issues, inventory losses, and scanning errors to management
* Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy
* Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
  • Create attractive displays following planograms
  • Organize inventory, break down boxes
  • Operate machinery safely following all safety procedures

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
  • Stockers must lift up to 45 pounds and handle products at various heights

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Provide prompt, courteous customer service
  • Perform cleaning duties to standards
  • Interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Effective time management
  • Knowledge of company products and services

Cashiers must operate registers efficiently. Stockers must operate equipment safely. Morning availability is required for stockers, with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Equivalent education and experience acceptable
