Our day hospital in Co. Roscommon is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to work on a full-time agency basis.

Job Details:
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5 roster
  • Location: Primary care building in Co. Roscommon
  • Working alongside two senior nurses and other staff in the community team
  • Initial three-month contract with potential for extension
  • Immediate start available

To provide continuity of care to our patients, we are looking for a committed RPN who can work effectively within our team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients attending the day hospital
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills
