Job Title: Innovative Product Developer


Our client is a leading supplier of disinfection solutions who operate globally. They are seeking an R&D professional to drive the development of new products.


Job Description:

  • Drive ideation, selection and prioritization of new product development programs based on market and commercial needs.
  • Project manage R&D and technical query projects including experimental design, planning and execution.
  • Provide technical support to sales, marketing and customer services teams.
  • Contribute new ideas for research, development and analysis of new and existing products.
  • Actively pursue collaborations in academia and other relevant industry and professional networks.
  • Attend and present at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide support and advice for product developments and validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a related scientific discipline.
  • 3+ years' work experience within the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries for a master's qualification.
