As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and maintaining effective production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain optimization, aligned with business objectives.
- Select, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure high-quality services and products.
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transport operations to guarantee smooth supply chain execution.
- Lead large-scale improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost reduction across supply chain functions.
- Analyze data and track KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain SOPs and KPI systems to ensure audit readiness and compliance with industry regulations.
- Extensive experience in supply chain and logistics operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
