About the JobThis is a fixed-term part-time position, up to 15 hours per week, with potential for relief and more hours to build up your roster. We require availability of morning and afternoon shifts.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating care plans, monitoring member progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any concerns or issues, and participating in regular training and development programs.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 modules completed of the Major Award at QQI Level 5 in Community & Health Services, Health Service Skills, or Healthcare Support.
- Experience working with people in a caring role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and flexibility.
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from €15.39 to €17.12, with additional payments for evening, Sunday, and public holiday shifts. Paid inter-client mileage, maternity and paternity pay schemes, excellent working conditions, and access to a PRSA Pension scheme and Bike to Work Scheme are also available.
