Job Title: Facility Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance strategy, and infrastructure development of high-performing production facilities.

This role requires a forward-thinking leader with expertise in managing fast-paced, high-compliance settings. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing site services, utilities, support equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime through effective monitoring, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making.
  2. Designing, implementing, and overseeing robust preventative maintenance plans for plant equipment and critical building systems.
  3. Maintaining zero-compromise Health, Safety & Environmental standards and ensuring adherence to national and sector-specific legislation.
  4. Partnering with HSE teams and regulatory bodies during audits or inspections.

A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum five years' experience managing facilities in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting is required.

Key skills include technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water, etc.), experience working with regulatory frameworks (ISO, EHS, EPA, etc.), excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and communication skills, as well as proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
