  • Update the site diary regularly, documenting key events and activities
  • Deliver toolbox talks, promoting best practices and site awareness
  • Provide comprehensive site inductions to all staff members
  • Attend site meetings, discussing potential issues and contributing to problem-solving
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultancies, and the public, providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to site management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineer degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achievement
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Team player with the capacity to self-start and work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proven experience in civil projects, with a solid understanding of setting out principles
  • Full driving licence
