Program Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering data center expansion projects. This individual will be responsible for implementing and deploying data center growth initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Break down complex projects into manageable pieces.
  • Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal and remote teams.
  • Lead interface between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of data center projects.
  • Manage program budgets and submit capital allocation requests to secure finance for project delivery.
  • Develop short- and long-term build strategies with capacity planning, energy, and real estate teams to meet forecast demand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in capital projects, physical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
  • Industry experience across data center, networking engineering, or construction management in mission-critical environments: Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, Structural, etc.
  • Experience with data center design, construction, and fit-out projects, including managing large-scale budgets.
