Data Center Infrastructure Specialist

The position of Data Center Facility Manager is responsible for leading operational excellence in data center environments, ensuring mission-critical infrastructure is maintained and complex technical challenges are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to maintain high-quality operational standards
- Oversee multiple data center availability zones, implementing strategic infrastructure management
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performance
- Operate and manage critical systems including power distribution, generators, cooling infrastructure, and monitoring systems
- Support facility expansion and infrastructure development projects
As a Data Center Facility Manager, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain data center operations. You'll engage in proactive problem-solving, system optimization, and creating innovative solutions that ensure seamless infrastructure operation.

Requirements:- Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in mission-critical technical environments
- Proven ability to manage large-scale technical services
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems
- Data Center Engineering Experience
- Experience in mission-critical operations environment (e.g., 24/7 uninterrupted operations)
