Seeking a skilled Professional with expertise in Recruitment, Training and Continuous Improvement to collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.

Job Description:

The role is responsible for training facilitation, continuous improvement and ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with client needs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Training Facilitation
    • Develop and deliver new joiner training on the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Work with Team Leaders and clients to research and identify learning and performance needs.
    • Select and modify existing instructional materials to create new solutions.
    • Utilize various techniques such as activities, videos, simulations, games, assessments, and reinforcement tools for formal and informal learning.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process or procedural improvements and suggest changes.
    • Anticipate and minimize risks, offering solutions.
  • Escalation and Resolution
    • Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and across business lines to identify opportunities for account expansion and solution integration.
  • Quality, Compliance & Reporting
    • Ensure timely updates of recruitment systems.
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure process completeness and accuracy.
  • Relationship Building
    • Develop a solid understanding of the client's business, systems, processes, and recruitment objectives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, managing expectations.
  • Skills & Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, training, continuous improvement or project management.
    • 3 years of client-facing experience with executive stakeholders.
    • Experience implementing change or improvement initiatives successfully.
    • Familiarity with SLAs/SOWs related to the business.
