Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established construction company that delivers major infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent across various disciplines.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop resourcing plans.
  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding process timelines, and offer details.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful applicants should possess:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
