The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including drafting, amending, and preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard. They will also handle client queries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and prompt.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Legal PA will be responsible for client invoicing, maintaining and archiving files, and preparing pleadings and briefs for Court. They will also assist with diary management and other secretarial, administrative, and ad hoc tasks as required.

Candidates for this role should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a typing speed of 80+ wpm. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are also essential, as is a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
