Job Opportunity: Project / Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project / Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a block of apartments in Stepaside, Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience working with developers or main contractors, having progressed to project manager level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with design teams and specialist subcontractors;
  • Ensuring the safe delivery of the project within time, cost, and budget;
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project;

In addition to technical skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will be a strong communicator and leader, able to motivate and guide a team of professionals to achieve project goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following:

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience working with developers or main contractors;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;

Experience working on RC frame apartment projects or large commercial projects is desirable.
