You will oversee sustainability assessments, energy modeling, and carbon reduction strategies, ensuring the highest standards of environmental performance across all projects. A key part of the role will involve ensuring compliance with global sustainability certifications, such as LEED, BREEAM, and WELL, while continuously driving innovation in energy-efficient solutions and life cycle assessments.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role

  • Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks and certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, etc.
  • Expertise in energy modeling, carbon footprint assessments, and life cycle analysis
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing and growing talent within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
